Powerful shared experiences lead to deeper connections.
Radical Optimist collaborates with organizations, companies and groups to create powerful shared experiences at museums and other sites that tell the difficult and often traumatic stories of enslavement, racial terror and lynching, and structural racism. These experiences can be highly vulnerable and our team creates an intentional way for people to prepare for and process the experience. We use these opportunities to help open deeper conversations within organizations as they work to apply new learnings to help increase racial equity and inclusion.
